C. James "Jamie" Mathis, Attorney

     Jamie was born in Anchorage, Alaska. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and he is a 1984 graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law, in Boulder. Jamie joined the firm in 1996 and for a brief time in 2003-2004 worked as a Land Use Attorney for the Municipality of Anchorage Department of Law. Jamie’s areas of practice include real estate, probate, estate planning, municipal law, partnerships, corporate law and business formation. His real estate practice includes residential and commercial transactions, zoning and land use, easements, leases, subdivisions and foreclosures. He is a member of the Real Estate and Probate Sections of the Alaska Bar Association.

     Jamie’s interests include music, backcountry and cross country skiing, climbing and hiking.
